Consultations with the Client to discuss the project, our planned approach, especially in occupied buildings, and agree a handover date and programme.
CDM, Health and Safety, Planning and Building regulation documentation is prepared.
Communication, financial, programme and quality monitoring is paramount and the Contract Manager will keep the Client and team informed with regular meetings and documentation.
Project manuals and training on completion and maintenance requirements discussed.
All materials and workmanship guaranteed for 12 months.
